Making progress. New shoes.

Although I'm frustrated still at my inflexible spine and super-tight hamstrings that prevent me from fully extending my legs, I still feel like I've made some excellent progress on this pass.
Here's the lesson to take from this video: don't keep adding things to your pass! At some point, STOP! I keep adding things and then I have to start practicing all over again. I'm trying to keep from making it too complicated.
Also, buy new shoes. Often. :)
